THE SIMULATOR
Area
 The standard frame and platform are 14' wide x 22' 4" long x 10' high (427 cm x 681 cm x 305 cm). A playing area with a 10.5' high ceiling is recommended. Even though this is the standard size and dimensions, the unit can be modified to fit many other required room dimensions.
Putting Turf
14' wide x 22' 4" long (427 cm x 681 cm). The putting turf is specially designed to simulate a real green. The texture reacts like a green for realistic putting in both speed and distance.
Screen
12' wide x 9' high. It is fabricated from a durable nylon fabric with a special fire retardant backing. It provides a very high definition surface for the projected images of the golf courses.
Platform
14' wide x 22' 4" long x 3" high. Constructed on site of locally purchased 2" x 4" lumber which is covered with 3/4" plywood and Par T Golf putting turf. The platform doubles as a putting green and a base for the canopy frame.
Canopy & Frame
This attractive, linear frame is 14' wide x 12' long x 9' 9" high, and is made of 1 1/2" inch square tubing. It rests on the platform and supports the canopy.
Video Projector
LCD, color video projector with simple focus and zoom adjustments. Mounted above the golfer from the ceiling.
Par T Optisense™
Extremely accurate ball-flight tracking system, consisting of three infared lights and three highly sensitive cameras which detect the ball while in flight. The Optisense housing is attached to the canopy frame above the golfer.
Putting Cup
This 4" diameter cup has electronically fitted sensors which detect a ball in the cup. Golfers can make real "Hole-in-one" or Holed Out" shots, just like outdoors. The cup is located in the platform near the screen.
Par T Tri-Turf™ "The Incredible Golfing Mat"
Keeping Par T Golf ahead of the game is the Par T Tri-Turf™, The Incredible Golfing Mat. Choose from three lie options:
- Tee or fairway - This firm area allows the use of a regular wooden tee, or you can hit a fairway shot from this forgiving, grass-like surface.
- Rough - This segment of soft fibers allows the ball to seat down substantially, resulting in a 13% decrease in the normal distance for each club, just like playing outdoors in the rough.
- Sand trap - The sand segment is a soft white polyethylene, which allows the ball to seat down low for truly realistic sand shots.
 The "give" to the mat approximates the resilience of natural turf, allowing a true feel to the hit and minimizes the possibility of the physical problems associated with golfers elbow. A ball can be played from anywhere on the 19" wide x 24" long Par T Tri-Turf.
Movies, Video Games and Teaching Aids
The huge screen can also double as a movie screen when not in use for golfing. Satellite reception, DVDs, VCRs or video games can be connected to the system and projected onto the screen.
The All-New Control Console
 The easy-to-operate console is activated by following simple instructions on the display. This completely redesigned console features a state-of-the-art Pentium™ microprocessor, CD ROM drive, touchpad controls and a 15" touch sensitive backlit LCD touch monitor.
The console measures 12" wide x 12" long x 46" high. The commands are very intuitive as it is built with the golfer, not the computer programmer in mind. Because of the modular computer design, upgrades are easy to install.
The durable Par T Golf technology uses actual photographs of world famous golf courses. The ease of operating this user friendly console invites your customers back to enjoy additional rounds of indoor golf at your facility.
Video Projection Unit Using Real Photo Images
The Double Eagle Elite Plus 4 uses a state-of-the-art LCD, color video projector with simple focus and zoom adjustments.
It is mounted from the ceiling above the golfer.
This revolutionary display uses real photographs of world famous golf courses. It's unique feature will keep your customers coming back to experience other picturesque Par T Golf championship courses.
More than 16 million different colors make up the photo images on screen. This gives the course increased depth and realism. The golf ball is more interactive; if the ball hits a tree or rock, or splashes into the water, the golfer will hear the resulting sounds. Together, these advancements create a life-like golfing environment never before experienced indoors.
Messages following each hit appear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. They let the golfer know who's playing, what hole is being played, the distance and direction of a hit, whether the hit was a slice or a hook and the remaining distance to the flag. A golfer can choose to view a course overlay or display the score card at any time during the game.

The owner has two options: (1) plug the CD ROM upgrade into the console, this automatically updates all the software; or (2) unplug the hardware module and return it to Par T Golf for upgrading.
